We are not responsible for the effects of heat, setting or other normal repair processes on gemstones or mis-marked metal, especially for gemstones set in silver or a silver-by-product. We are not responsible for damage done to soft stones (e.g. emeralds, opals, pearls, tanzanite, etc.) during the repair process. We are not responsible for further damage done to a previously chipped or damaged diamonds or other gemstones in the repair process. Jewelry repairs are guaranteed for one year against defects of repair or workmanship. Damage or abnormal wear is not guaranteed.
